Cleaned for the check-out inspection
At the end of a tenancy the property is compared with the check-in inventory, room by room. Cleaning is one of the most common reasons for deposit disputes, so a move-out clean has to reach the places a normal clean skips: inside the oven, behind the fridge, limescale on taps, grease on extractor filters.
We clean empty properties for tenants moving out, and for landlords and letting agents preparing a property for the next tenancy.
What we clean
- Kitchen: cupboards inside and out, worktops, tiles, sink and taps
- Appliances: oven, hob, extractor, fridge and freezer, microwave, inside and out
- Bathrooms: limescale removed from taps, shower screens and tiles, toilets disinfected
- Skirting boards, doors, door frames, light switches and sockets
- Inside windows and sills, mirrors and glass
- All floors vacuumed and mopped
Carpets in the same visit
Carpet cleaning for every room, the stairs and the landing can be added to the move-out clean. Carpet cleaning starts from £40, and stain and odour treatment for pets or smoke is available.
For landlords and letting agents
Between tenants, the gap is often a few days at most. Tell us the key collection and the next check-in date and we will fit the clean in between. If a property needs repairs or decorating first, we can come back after the trades have finished. See also our HMO cleaning for shared houses.
