Changeovers that fit your booking calendar
A short-let clean has a fixed window. The last guest leaves at eleven, the next one arrives at three, and the property has to look as if nobody has stayed there. We plan each changeover around those times, so you are not chasing a cleaner on a busy Saturday.
We work for Airbnb and Booking.com hosts, serviced accommodation operators and small hotels. Some clients have one flat, others have a run of units in the same building. Either way, every property gets the same checklist and the same standard.
What a changeover includes
- Beds stripped and made up with fresh linen, towels laid out
- Kitchen cleaned, dishes washed and put away, fridge cleared of leftovers
- Bathrooms cleaned and disinfected, mirrors and glass polished
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Bins emptied and rubbish taken out
- Toilet roll, soap and guest basics restocked from your supplies
- Photos sent to you once the clean is finished
If something is broken, missing or damaged, it goes in the photo update so you can deal with it before the next guest arrives, not after a complaint.
Linen and laundry
We can collect, wash and return bed linen and towels, so a fresh set is ready for every arrival. Linen and laundry starts from £15. If you would rather keep your own laundry arrangement, we simply change the beds with the sets you leave for us.
Keys, access and regular slots
Most hosts give us a key safe code, a lockbox or access through a concierge. Once we know the property, regular changeovers can be booked as a standing arrangement, so each new reservation just needs a date and time from you.
