Holiday lets in a city built for visitors

Older homes need a careful clean
A lot of York's housing is Victorian and older terraces, with steep stairs, original fireplaces, sash windows and tiled floors. They take a bit more care than a new build. Our house cleaning and deep cleaning are planned around the property, not a fixed time slot.
Student lets and HMOs
With the University of York and York St John University in the city, there are many shared student houses, particularly around Heslington, Tang Hall, Fulford and the streets near the city centre. We provide HMO cleaning of the shared areas during the year, and end of tenancy cleaning with carpet cleaning when students move out in the summer.
